Chances for a series to be picked up:
1. Raws: The better the raws the higher the chances.
2. Translator: If a translator is interested, the chances the series will be picked up is increased.
3. Position Offer: Depending on the position you offer yourself to be, the chances of the project being picked up will increase.
4. Staff: If other staff are interested, the chances of the series being picked up will be increased.

Note: If the first and second is fulfiled and if I'm interested, the chance of the series being picked up is very very high.
